  Words do mean things!
People throw around words all the time without thought of the consequences. People use words to bring images to a persons mind but then do not think they have consequences in people’s memories. Mr. Kerry came to the podium and said he was “reporting for duty.” Those words brought back a flood of images to Vietnam Vets and they relived those images all over again. They had all those images locked away in their minds and his words unlocked them. The results are evident from the Swift Boat ads and the response in the polls to his words.

Word so mean thing even in every day life. Words mean thing when talking to your family, they mean things when talking to your boss, they mean things when talking to your friends and they even mean things when talking to God. Words do mean things!

  Relativism is the real problem
I have heard it said that the Liberal political elite and the Liberal media establishment are above scrutiny because of who they are. I disagree. They do not see themselves as being above scrutiny; they just see everything as relative and do not understand why mainstream America does not see it the same way. Their way is a means to an end. The end is a socialist America with the government in control of everything from birth to death, like in France, Germany and most of the rest of “old Europe”. The Liberals in America believe that is ok to do whatever it takes because their end is right and noble; so how to get to the goal does not matter.

It comes down to their view of truth. Most of America has a view of right and wrong, truth and lie, but the Liberals believe that truth is relative. You hear it many ways: Right and wrong is different for different people; there are many ways to God. These are a few ways that Liberals portray what is right and wrong. It is up to the individual if something is right or wrong, and there are no absolutes.

When someone comes along with real convictions, they cannot believe it and know that it is detrimental to their way of life and goals. Liberals try to smear anyone who has these beliefs as dumb or backward. When people do not have any absolutes in their live they live on the shifting sand of relativism, and that only gets you into trouble every time.

  Marriage is important
Marriage in America is under attack from many places. Television is one area marriages are being attack from. Promiscuity, adultery, and pornography are just a few ways that television is attacking traditional marriage in America. Marriage is under attack in our court system in the form of no fault and easy divorces. Marriage is under attack by homosexual agenda in their attempt to redefine marriage as a union between two loving people. Our civilization is founded on the family and marriage. To tear it down and destroy it for a small minority to feel accepted for their abnormal life style is wrong. We are a nation values and civility with marriage and family as its bedrock. A nation built on the shifting sands of sinful nature is destructive to all of us.

  Russia's response
An interesting hypothesis

What will Russia’s response be to Breslan? They want to hit terrorist wherever they are and probably will. What is the other desire of Russia, to have for several hundred years; a warm water port. If they can tie in Iran to the Islamic massacre in Breslan, they could possible gain both objectives with one action. Several questions arise. Do they have the military to do it with out major ramping up and movement? Is this good for the United States in the long run? Short term it would dispose of a major terrorist state but what would be the ramifications of Russia occupying Iran? I believe in the long run it would be a problem for the US for Russia to control this area of the world.

Just a thought.

  War against Islam
We are in a war in this country, not only against terrorism but against Radical Islam. We are a Christian country but are being invaded by radical Islamist. We also need to realize that the world is under attack by Islam. The Christian West stopped and beat back Islam in 1492. Islam stopped and struggled for nearly 500 years but in the recent past it has started to try to expand again. It is taken over nearly the entire interior of Africa and it pushes through Southeast Asia. What it could not do by force in the fifteenth century; defeat Western Europe, it is doing by immigration. Even in the United States Islam is getting a good foothold. Just because of freedom of religion in this country, does not mean we do not need to keep watch on Islam. Christianity and Islam are antithetical in ideas and philosophies; we need to know that Islamic law is harsh and absolute. Islam is not a religion of love and justice but of war and callousness. We are in a war against Islam in America and do not even know it.
